3. Introduction
Lonetec is a computer center located in Bidibidi refugee camp in Northern Uganda with a vision of providing computer services, computer skill training and internet services to young refugee in Bidibidi refugee camp and to youth in northern Uganda. Internet is a core element in the growth of our communities, therefore this service will help the refugees and the Northern Uganda youth to acquire computer skills and provide them with accessible internet and computer services
4. Goal
To be the leading provider of quality internet and computer services in Northern Uganda

5. Objectives
• To increase computer knowledge among the youth through training in basic computer skills.
• To bring computer serves (printing, photocopying and scanning) near to people.
• To increase access to internet.
