Integrated Child Education Center is a school for blind and deaf children situated in Kasese district in Uganda. The school the first of its kind in the district targets children from poor families to support them be in school at an affordable school fees. The school that has 12 blind children and 45 deaf children is challenged by poor school fees payment due to poverty among families of children with disabilities.
