WMACA operates six KIDZ CLINICS; in Alexandra, Boksburg, Orange Farm, Duduza and Pretoria - in Gauteng - and Waterloo on the Kwazulu Natal North Coast.

These professional child-friendly facilities are located centrally in impoverished communities and provide a range of comprehensive medical and therapeutic services to children who have been sexually, physically and emotionally abused or neglected. Support and therapy are also provided to the non-offending members of the child's family.
Additionally, Court Preparation counselling is provided to children who need to testify in criminal cases.

All services at the Kidz Clinics are provided FREE of charge.

The Clinics employ a multi-disciplinary team consisting of social workers, auxiliary social workers, medical doctors, a forensic nurse, court preparation officers and project facilitators that are trained in dealing with child abuse.
Children are seen on an out-patient basis. The Kidz Clinic process is structured to reduce fear and anxiety synonymous with abuse, and to promote healing.

Women & Men Against Child Abuse has been extremely outspoken in its offensive against the abuse and victimisation of children. The organisation has been instrumental in raising awareness through advocacy campaigns, community outreach, roadshows, workshops and the media.

WMACA was the recipient of two awards in 2009: The first was the “2009 Social Entrepreneur Award” from the Business Women’s Association and in October we received the “Vodacom Foundation Community Builder of the Year Award.”
