Friends of Katavi (FOK) is a non governmental non profit making multi-institutional stakeholders consortium working to promote the conservation and wise use of the Katavi-Rukwa Ecosystem in Western Tanzania and to assist the sustainable development of local communities.
FOKE provides an institutional framework for participation of all stakeholders in discussions and activities to help to save and support Katavi National Park, Rukwa-Lukwati Game Reserves and the surrounding areas of the entire ecosystem with all its cultural and natural resources.
