Bilinsa is composed of four section, i.e Bilinmonsa, Pungsa, Tankunsa and Bilinsobsa.
The area has a totally population of about 3500.The People of Bilinsa are mainly pastoral and crop farmers, there rear animals such as goats, sheep, pigs, cattle and donkeys and also cultivate food crops like millet, guinea corn, rice , beans groundnuts as well as other cereals and legumes. The keep poultry birds like fowls, guinea fowls and to a lesser extent ducks and turkeys. There is only one raining season for farming.
