Society for Education, Research and Village Empowerment (SERVE) is a registered charity started in 1999. This was registered under Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act 1975. It is also registered under Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act 1976 and exempted from tax under 12AA and 80G of Income Tax Act 1961.
Since its inception in 1999, it is implementing various development programmes among socially marginalized, economically deprived section of society, specifically among, women, children and girls and other weaker section of the society in Cuddalore District, Tamil Nadu, India.
