Our Mission is established to be associated in the developmental process to eliminate un-employment, poverty problems, caste based discrimination and ensure equal rights to be marginalized people in the society who are at the lowest rungs of the socio-economic ladder. VISION'S achieved the remarkable changes among these eluded groups in the society and make them sufficient in the economical and educational cadres. We focused training programmes for women for better understanding of their rights and status in the society. Those the established groups will hold responsibility of the implementing projects at their locations with the directions of the organization committee.
