ROSI Foundation is a registered voluntary organisation under the Indian Trust act. FCRA registrations have been obtained from Home ministry and 12A & 80G from Income tax act. It has partnership with donors’ organizations and international donor agencies. It has been accredited by Credibility Alliance under desirable norms. It has 5 members in its board. 21 staff and 35 volunteers are working. It has a technical team, a education team, health team, environment team and legal team involving experts and likeminded people. Community based organizations (CBOs) are SHGs, Tribe committee, farmer sangam and Unorganized Labour Sangam are organized and promoted. These are strength of the organization.
Women’s World Day German Prayer Committee (WWDP)-Germany, Global Giving Foundation USA and UNHABITAT Kenya are our main partner organisation.

Vision - Creation of a free society without existing exploitations, oppressions and deprivations between people to people in the name of caste, creed, religious, colour, gender and race through sustainable empowerment of community / concern people on gender, human rights, economic, environment, traditional and cultural rights.

Main programme are as below
It has been running programme -Tribal development programme in that educational centre function, human rights programme, solar lights provision, Housing and rehabilitation, ID card for MFP and NTFP collection and rights, IGP etc
Children development programme in that Educational support to poor children, educational centre function, computer training and Educational materials provision.
Women development Programme in that livelihoods training, SHGs, IGP support to widows and gypsy women and women rights
Home Support Programme in that Old age home for destitute aged and home for disabled persons
