DISABLED LIBERTY COMMUNITY ENTERPRISES (D.L.C.E) is a community of people who are Disabled in Tanzania East Africa who have the ambition to help themselves especially those who are living in villages.The main purpose to establish this unity is to promote or strengthen the Disable so that they can liberate those who are handcaped and have got no means of eliviating the hardship of life as a results of poverty which surrounding the community of Disable people.There lots of disabled person who live in villages and streets in,they don’t have any means of getting food or go to school because of death of their parent or guides.because of that life of many disable come to hard,they don’t have any means of getting some daily needs.
