5.0 OUR PROGRAMMES/PROJECTS
We are directly involved in running the programmes/projects listed.
5.1 PATOIPA PARTIAL SCHOLARSHIP FUND (PSF)
Patoipa Scholarship fund (PSF) is a Partial Scholarship Program, designed to help the needy secondary students achieve their academical destinies and dreams. This initiative started in August 2014 with only two students and has grown to thirty (30) students by the close of first quarter of 2015.
Patoipa has a vision and dream that PSF grows to be one of the most reliable and well managed scholarship funds in Africa, in our unwavering endeavors to be a beacon of hope to the youths in Africa.
The Management team composed of chairperson, the secretary, the treasurer and two volunteers, profiles needy students from different parts of this country and lobbies for different sponsors both locally and internationally. Our Partner Organization, Patoipa e.V. based in German has been very instrumental in finding us German based sponsors. In a nutshell our PSF programme links needy students to their sponsors.
We have a vision that in the coming years we will be able to accumulate a pool of funds and award our own scholarship to need students.
5.2 MONITERING PROGRAMMES
Patoipa is composed of a team of young professions, who are skilled in different fields among them being,
 Finance/Accounting
 Project Management
 Grant writing and Report writing
 Administration and Office management
 The Human Resource Capital
 Corporate Governance
 Building Projects and Property Management

In the last one (1) year have successful carried our monitoring programme on two school project (based in western Kenya) supported by our partner organization. Our monitoring involved monthly visits to the schools and advising administrators on different areas based on donor requirements.
5.3 ORGANIC FARM PROJECT
Patoipa organic demo plot is located in Kokore Village in Migori County in a village. The purpose of this farm besides creating income for the organization, it is also being tailored to train community members on various farming aspects.
The surrounding community has esteemed sugarcane farming which has proved uneconomical overtime especially to the subsistence peasant farmers. The heavy use of fertilizer and monoculture around the awendo region gives Patoipa a worthy reason to Pursue Organic Farming and train more farmers on better agricultural practices to aid in food productivity
Located on half an acre piece of land the farm is being transformed into an orchard with variety of fruit trees. The farm will be one of its kinds in the entire Homabay and Migori County. Fruits are known to be a fundamental source of vitamins and therefore a key component of human diet. We hope this farm will transform to be a leading supplier of fruits within the next three years.
we are also planning to intending to have our PSF beneficiaries visit the farm for a training, this would happen during the holidays when the students are off-sessions, we believe that the students we learn some new concepts on Farming that will help them beyond classrooms.
5.3.1 BEE FARMING
Our Orchard grows even more beautiful with a wonderful bee keeping attached to it. Bees are strategic agents of pollination, having them in our organic farm assures quality fruits. It also gives us a chance conserve bees which are slowly being extinct. Patoipa has 15 bee hives and two of them have fully been colonized. This project will be a big resource for the community as they can learn to embrace a modern method of bee keeping.
5.4 DAIRY FARMING
Patoipa has partnered with Horizon Farm based in Uriri town in Migori County in Dairy farming. We intend to sensitize the community on the importance of daily farming as our partnership with Horizon Farm gives a project a more professional outlook. This project is also projected as a key source of income for the NGO
