The volunteers should raise funds to run this organization, and if possible they can come and stay with these children and help them to learn as we educate them and also help us to make the physical & mental disables to become self support, the Volunteers should have patience, kindness, softness and should be gracious . The volunteers will be paid 20% percent of the raised amount as remuneration, If our organization could able to raise the funds then the travel costs for the volunteers be paid, when they come to India our organization with the help of funds will help the volunteers to get insured.
