Kyetume is a small trading center in the Southern part of Mukono District in Uganda. The coverage area of Kyetume CBHC is two sub-counties in Mukono District, Nakisunga and Ntenjuru. Currently we are working in a variety of areas including: Basic Health Care through Maternal Child Health, HIV & AIDS prevention and control, Water and Sanitation, Orphans support Programs and Sexual reproductive health and Rights Promotion.

PCIA Forum
After a year of hard work of building and training others how to construct the stove two members of the Kyetume CBHC staff attended the Partnership for Clean Indoor Air Forum. This forum was held in Kampala with 250 delegates from organizations all over the world working to reduce the amount of indoor smoke women and children breathe. The Kyetume CBHC staff members learned alot about testing stoves, different stove designs and alternate cooking energies, it also provided an opportunity to network with other organizations in Uganda and aboard. We look forward to applying these lessons to our current project.
