Imperial Comprehensive College Association(ICCA) was created in 2002 ,as a Not-For-Profit humanitarian organization. ICCA aims to relief poverty and improve the quality of life in rural areas , increasing access to Education and Vocational training.Our work is centered in the rural areas , emphasizing participation of the local people and allowing them full autonomy in identifying , appraising , planning , implementing ,monitoring and evaluating their development initiatives.We function as resource agents - coordinating and providing technical expertise-allowing indigenous people and ownership of projects to define their destiny for growth and progress .

Our project activities focus on 1)Agro-forestation and sustainable agriculture ,2)Human capacity building through vocational training and leadership development;3)Advocacy and actions supporting reservation of the environment and natural resource conservation;4) Humanitarian relief assistance ;5) Health care focusing on HIV/AIDS prevention ,drug-tobacco education;(6)Improvement of rural infrastructure - safe drinking water ,sanitation , shelter and schools; 7) Micro-enterprise development targeting youths and women .

The organization is managed by an Executive Board , with resource persons devoted to volunteer work.We generate income from membership contributions ,Grants ,Fund Raising and the sell of nursery products.There are no paid positions- we depend on the goodwill of volunteers.
