We at the Hallmark Education Foundation Association (HEF) exploit the link between society growth and available information or knowledge. We engage experts and people with substantial know-how in various fields ranging from environmental protection to health, agriculture to basic human rights especially children and women rights.

In many rural communities in Cameroon, sub Saharan Africa and elsewhere in the third World, community growth can be enhanced through knowledge sharing and education of the masses.
