Organizational Information
HOLD is non-profit umbrella organization promoting human and natural resources for sustainable development to ensure social, environmental, economical and cultural development through conservation, building capacities of the local people, creating peaceful environment and livelihood generation.
The organization was established in 2006 and registered in 2007under the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies Act (Reg.No.J-6(16)/102/2006).
The organization was established to accelerate and sustain the developing process to centralize the village community based organizations (CBOs) and committees under the umbrella organization; it was named HOLD explicate the philosophy to monitor, direct and control over the sub-organizations.
