e are looking urgently volunteers to help us with online fundraising.

We need teachers, Fundraisers, sport activist, engineer, photographer, web designer,Accountant, counsellor, Puppeteer, nurse/doctor, film maker/editor,carpenters, farmers, those who have interest in community development activists who can can be volunteer in our community health activities. We are a Development Group comprises of the youth and the old both male and female who have joined hands together through a participatory approach to realize their own problems while thinking globally and acting locally. Our main motivation is drawn from the desire for engaging different individuals to be united together for their own development other than being dependent upon external parties for solutions. The group supports: Orphans and Vulnerable Children (O.V.Cs) by providing a feeding program and general education (primary education) on contagious issues such as HIV/AIDS, Drug and Substance Abuse, Hygiene.

Volunteers normally takes part in farm work that include land preparation, community work, class teaching, sports, Feeding program for the orphans and vulnerable children, construction work, garden preparation, keeping watch over the donkey, goats and cows. We are planning to start HIV/AIDS awareness campaigns as well as environmental awareness programs. In the afternoon the volunteers will be involved in out door activities that include school visits, workshops, and home visits volunteers are to work for a maximum of 5-6 hours a day. Weekends volunteers will take part in excursion to learn more about the area as well as some of them can be free for dairy writing.

Volunteers will be hosted through our home stay programme. It's good to be an African, live and stay like an African. It's fun. Food is provided from what is locally available, but the volunteers will share in the responsibility of preparing the food gaining alot of experience in doing this.

Volunteers are requested to pay a small fee towards the feeding programme for the period he/she will stay in the organization. We offer free Accommodation. There will be also community tours that can be arranged to visit other Islands, or Maasai Mara National Park.
