Trade and commerce within community is possible but has always been hampered by limited access to fund. There are huge numbers of economically viable populace who for one reason or the other are physically disable and has become street beggars. These include land mind victims, victims of mutilation and amputation, bomb victims amongst others. PASEVI is looking forward to working with this vulnerable section of population by training them in entrepreneurship and advancing them some start-up capital on a soft interest. What more can anyone do for them!!
This will not help to give organization a going concern, but will also help to enhance some livelihood to those without physical energy to engage in agriculture.
