The organization was formed in the year 2000 and formally registered by the Registrar General Department in 2009, and recognized by the Department of social welfare with recognition No. SW 4832. The organization was formed out of the realization that, unless we create the necessary partnerships with progressive organizations to support community initiatives, people would continue to wallow in poverty.
The organization has a constitution with an elected President, Vice President, Secretary, Public Relations officer, and organizing Secretary
