Über uns
Bicodeo and Tumaini are two Community Based Organizations (CBOs) registered for the purpose of protecting the environment and supporting the most vulnerable community members. They have a contract with Bukoba Municipal Council to collect solid waste and environmental conservation in the areas of Rwamishenye, Bakoba and Hamugembe. They started the partnership with the Municipal Council in the beginning of the year 2012. The implementations of a waste collection system in Bukoba is a difficult task because of lack of tools and low awareness within the population. Therefore, the two CBOs need support to deliver their service to the population.
