It may appear de novo or originate from a pre-existing ameloblastoma or odontogenic cyst. It exhibits cytological features of ameloblastoma and carcinoma.

  in 2015 in Right Mandible Surgery was performed as Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy is no Role in curing This Disease and Tumours was Removed Than in 2018 It Again Reoccurred Extensively Spread toward Right maxilla Skull base So Again Surgery was performed with Right Hemi maxillactomy and Right Skull base on followup Again in 2019 It Reoccurred And It Involved Ri useght maxillary Sinus Occipital bone And Right Neck lymph nodes metastasis, Now in 2021 It Again Reoccurred with Right Eye Orbits, Globe, Nasal Cavity, Middle cranial Fossa, Neck,Hard palate with left maxillary sinus so Extensive Surgery Is Advise Again and with All Expenses of Surgeries Patient became Empty pocket and  as With multiple Surgeries with no construction kauser bibi  is with hemi face and now Eye Removal and nasal cavity Surgery Patient will be  co morbid with poor Quality of life and poor Social life So Special Support for fund is needed  So That Patient life Should be saved and Reconstruction of face occur and Again Enlightened her life..
