We have left rainy Kreuzberg at 6:30 am today to get our train to Lübeck. While the train ride was a welcome opportunity to get dry again, the wind blew away almost all clouds in Lübecker Bucht. Perfect.
We cycled 20km from Lübeck main station to Travemünde, gravel and sand tracks - lovely experience with a race bike. But we succeeded and celebrated with a delicious Matjes Brötchen to kick off the real Ostseeküsten Radweg.
The following 60km offered amazing ocean views, a beautiful landscape, and a lot of wind but no rain at all.
We have found a cute Airbnb surrounded by corn fields, enjoyed well deserved energizing food and can’t wait to face the Schietwetter day tomorrow on our way to Kiel.
By now, we have made 80km and we could raise 291 Euro for Seebrücke. Please help us raising another 209 Euro to successfully close our 500 target by sharing with friends and family 🐸
