🇩🇪 Liebe Unterstützerinnen und Unterstützer,
Das Jahr 2023 geht nun langsam zu Ende. Es waren jetzt 12 bewegende Monate, mit vielen Höhen und Tiefen. Das Leben ist halt eine Achterbahn.

Sportlich, und was die in diesem Jahr erreichte Spendensumme angeht, sicherlich ein großer Erfolg. Dazu Euch allen nochmal einen Riesendank. Es war unglaublich wie Ihr mich sowohl während der Vorbereitung, als auch während der Events durch Eure Spenden motiviert habt.

Über das Transcontinental Race und das Iberica Traversa  habe ich bei Youtube ein paar Videos eingestellt, um Euch einfach einmal an so einer Tour teilhaben zu lassen. Vielleicht etwas für die Feiertage, wenn man es sich mit einem heißen Kakao gut gehen lässt.

Im nächsten Jahr wird es wieder einige Ultracycling geben, die mich reizen. Aber noch ist nicht definitiv.

The year 2023 is slowly coming to an end. It has been an eventful 12 months, with many highs but also lows. Life is a rollercoaster.

In sporting terms, and in terms of the amount raised this year, it was certainly a great success. Once again, a huge thank you to you all. It was incredible how you motivated me both during the preparation and during the events with your donations.

I have posted a few videos about the Transcontinental Race and the Iberica Traversa on YouTube to let you take part in a tour like this. Maybe something for the holidays, when you can relax with a hot chocolate.

Next year there will be a few more ultracycling tours that appeal to me. But it's not definite yet.
