And the long runs started
Today I gave it a try to the 28km and all good so far.
Yes, I am really tired, but I managed to keep an average pace of 5:29 min/km, which is awesome over 28km, at least for me :-)
Next weekend it's a half marathon race, then I plan one 30 km and one 35km. Those are the tough ones, let's see what happens.
