Helping Animals from Animal Rescue e.V. is responsible for this project
Around 10 million homeless cats and dogs live in Cambodia, one of the poorest countries in the region. There is a lack of knowledge and financial resources among the population to help these suffering animals. Illnesses, injuries, and cruelty to animals are commonplace.
