Um sowohl das vielfältige Angebot des sozial/ökologischen und selbstorganisierten Vereins als auch den niedrigschwelligen Zugang zu erhalten, ist eine organisatorische Grundstruktur nötig. Diese umfasst insbesondere die Bereiche Verwaltung, Buchhaltung, Instandhaltung, IT-Infrastruktur und Kommunikation.
Der gemeinwohlorientierte Verein Bluepingu e.V. erfährt derzeit keine strukturelle Förderung dieser Bereiche, die für eine nachhaltige, anerkennende und stabile Entwicklung jedoch unerlässlich sind.
