Wir möchten in Castrop-Rauxel die Fahrradausbildung an den Schulen so durchführen, dass alle Kinder der 3. Schuljahre, eine praktische Fahrausbildung erhalten, die Eltern über die Gefahren im Straßenverkehr informiert werden, bei jedem Kind die Fahrräder auf Verkehrssicherheit nachhaltig überprüft sind und der Fahrradhelm sicher eingestellt ist.
