Why Y2030?
Youth today are filled with the desire to make a positive change in their communities and in the world they live in. From resolving issues of mental health that are increasingly affecting University learning environments to finding means of combating climate change – there is no dearth of ideas among the younger generation in Europe. Yet, they often lack the necessary training, resources, and platform to take their ideas from the drawing board to the living reality in the form of an actual project, service or product. Y2030 aims to bridge this gap.
Who is selecting and training the Y2030 team?
IAHV partners with TLEX and SKY Campus trainers to select and train the Y2030 team. Between them, they have decades of Leadership, Mindfulness and Change Management background, facilitating workshops in both private and public companies, as well as in the best universities in the world, such as Harvard, MIT, ETH Zurich, EBS and Yale. TLEX and SKY Campus trainers and IAHV 's on the ground experience comes together for this unique educational program
