    Invisible Talents Education Foundation is currently building a vocational institute that will benefit over 200 young people in katerera Town Council, Rubirizi District especially young people hailing from very humble families such as orphans, disabled etc. The organisation will use well skilled volunteers to train these young people and will after look for placements of the graduates of the programme to gain more experience or attain jobs. Those interested in business will be encouraged to form a sizeable group with common interest to start a business of their choice. We will give them all the support and trainings they need to succeed. The project will employ these young people as project managers, marketing managers and therefore instead of seeking for jobs, they will have created employment for themselves as a group and for others in future as the business expands.
