Shambhala Köln from Shambhala Köln e.V. is responsible for this project
The Shambhala Meditation Center Cologne is a place for humans to feel accepted, to rest and touch in with their innate human goodness and wisdom. We are a Buddhist temple. Each week we welcome 50-70 people to our public free meditation lessons. We also offer courses for contentment, joy, fearlessness and wisdom in everyday life. Our income is based on donations, programme revenue and income from the rent of other external programmes.
The Center was closed due to safety measures against the new corona virus. This means a monthly revenue loss of ca. 2000€. By the end of May this will mean 6000€
Although we are reducing costs ad much as possible, certain costs are fixed like rent, telephone, copier, personnel etc.
