Support the non-profit organisation Inspire Global Ideas (IGI) in establishing its training and competence centre in Ghana!
, have been working together with the non-profit organisation IGI from Ghana
in our volunteer service programmes for several years now. The management around Williams Yirenkyi has made it its business to support people in poverty with offers of different educational areas. With our donations you can help to establish the IGI Skills and Training Center
in Agona Kwesikum. And every donation counts!
In the communities around Agona Kwesikum the traffic infrastructure and therefore the accessibility of the remote educational institutions is poorly developed. With the new centre, young people and women
in particular will be supported by free workshops and training courses to learn or develop their talents and skills so that they can build up a secure livelihood. Planned activities for the centre include
- a sewing and fashion centre
- a design center for footwear
- a centre for the production of soap
- a campsite
- classroom buildings and a knowledge and recreation centre
- competence centre for the establishment of start-ups
In addition, after completing their training, trainees are encouraged to set up their own start-up and are supported in the long-term development of their own business.
We would like to support IGI in this project from the heart, which is why our donations collected here are passed on to our partner organization. Thus we stand up globally for a peaceful and fair living together and promote equal opportunities and lifelong educational experiences beyond national borders.
IGI, we and the communities in Agona Kwesikum are grateful for every donation! Become part of the project with your support and help us to implement the goals of our Ghanaian partner organisation together. We will keep you informed about the progress via our news here on betterplace and our social media platforms.
"Me daa si!" - Thanks a lot!
