About this project

Donate for the water well construction as part of building a boarding school in Dhondeling Tibetan Settlement

Currently  we are running the construction works on the grounds of the future boarding school "Urgyen Sherab Ling" in the Tibetan settlement Dhondeling in Karnataka, South India which  will open its doors under the patronage of Pema Rinpoche. Our school will be developed as an education center for both undergraduate and graduate education with a focus on Buddhist studies (Shedra) for about 500 students.

Thanks to generous donations, we were able to start  the construction in October of this year. At present, large parts of the earth are being moved every day in order to accelerate the development of land and to start the construction of the school complex soon.

As part of the further expansion of the infrastructure on the grounds, it is essential that the water supply is developed and secured.

We therefore ask you from our heart for your donation for the construction of a water well on the school property, for which we need approximately funds of Euro 5100.
