Der Verein ist ein Zusammenschluss von Förderern des BdP Stamm Asgard in Erlangen. Er verfolgt das Ziel, diesen Stamm bei seiner Jugendarbeit, sowie andere Projekte der pfadfinderischen Jugendarbeit in Erlangen zu fördern und zu unterstützen. Insbesondere ist die Aufgabe des Vereins die Beschaffung, Errichtung und der Unterhalt von Gruppenräumen und Grundstücken, sowie sonstigen Räumlichkeiten für den BdP Stamm Asgard.
