About this project

O2 capture through the operation of wastewater treatment plants with biomass production

The global threat is serious, it's time to act! Climate change alone can no longer be stopped with the reduction of CO2 emissions. It will not be possible to stay below the global warming limit of 1.5 degrees Celsius with preventive measures alone. Rather, it is now a matter of actively removing CO2 from the atmosphere in combination with other suitable steps.

Invest in projects to offset your CO2 emissions and actively remove CO2 from the atmosphere while investing in wastewater treatment in developing countries! Our multilevel approach

Ø compensates for your commercial and private CO2 emissions through measures with a high direct impact
At the same time,
Ø treats the wastewater of previously unserved communities in developing countries, and thus has a significant impact on the achievement of the "Sustainable Development Goals", in particular goals 6 and 13.
Ø avoids CO2 emissions through close-to-nature, electricity-free wastewater treatment where it is most needed.

The concept
We offer a CO2 compensation program that is unique: It invests in sewage treatment plants with biomass production worldwide to remove CO2 from the atmosphere!
Two approaches work together in this concept: mitigation (measures that lead to a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions) and CO2 removal from the biosphere. At the same time, this approach creates ecological added value for developing countries: municipal wastewater is cleaned free of charge for the connected communities in rural areas. This makes a significant contribution to the SDG and represents an important side effect of CO2 compensation. Wastewater treatment in developing countries will experience a significant upswing through this approach.
