Every day almost 40 people climb up to the 5th floor of the betterplace.org office at the Spree to supporting social initiatives to raise money online and help them make their good work even better.

Over 26.000 social projects use betterplace.org for their online fundraising campaigns and we are delighted, that over 60 million Euros were donated to projects in over 180 countries.
We are working on workshops for project managers, tools for online fundraising, trend research, customer support and further technical developments of our website.
To continue these endevours we need your support.
 
2,5 % of every donation remains with betterplace.org to cover bank and transaction fees that occur with every donation. Our daily operations such as electricity, internet and water, aswell as rent and salaries are not covered by the transaction fees.
Since betterplace.org itself is a non profit organization, we also depend on your support to help make the world a better place together.

All donations made on this platform are directed toward the charitable funding body gut.org gAG which runs betterplace.org. gut.org then donates – as the charitable funding body – the collected donations onwards toward the projects registered on this platform and subsequently issues the donation receipts.
