    About this project

Sandy S. from ? is responsible for this project
The project came to exist seven years ago in the zone of Intag, Imbabura, Ecuador when the parents of prospective students asked if I could come up with funding for transportation. At the time there were only twelve students in one community that needed aid. Now there are more than fifty students from four communities taking advantage service. These students benefit from having the opportunity to be able to receive a high school education and thus opening doors to more choices. The alternative option available to them is to complete a primary education of only six years. The biggest challenge we face is to pay the drivers of the two trucks that take the children to school. The parents also contribute up to half of the total costs, and the donations will cover the other half.
