Das Gemeinschaftszentrum Sönke-Nissen-Park Stiftung bietet im alten Gutshaus Glinde Räume für viele unterschiedliche Gruppen. Im EG finden Seniorengymnastik, Bauchtanz, Yoga, Tanz- und Theatergruppen sowie ein Deutsch- und Alphabetisierungskurs und Kulturveranstaltungen statt.
Das Mobiliar ist somit einer hohen Beanspruchung ausgesetzt. Die Tische und Stühle werden mehrmals in der Woche auf- und wieder abgebaut. Zunehmend gehen die Stühle nun im wahrsten Sinne „aus dem Leim“ und sind teilweise nicht mehr reparabel. Wir erhalten außerdem immer wieder entsprechende „Beschwerden“ von Teilnehmerinnen; insofern müssen wir ca. 30 Stühle in den nächsten Monaten austauschen.
