Thank you for your generous support of our mission to prepare the next generation of globally-minded female leaders. 
Funds from this payout will go toward:
Our 2026 International Leadership Academy in Germany, where we will bring together 50 girls from all over the world for an intensive week of learning, personal & professional development, and connections across borders. To give you an idea of the impact of our Leadership Academy, the parent of one of our 2025 GGU girls recently shared:
GGU has given her the power to speak up and made her a stakeholder in the fight for peace, not in theory, but in daily choices and actions. I know with certainty that she would never have found that voice without the empowerment, trust, and safety that GGU provided.
Our 2026 Mentoring Cohort, through which we match teen girls with female role models from a wide variety of backgrounds and career fields. This year we have 30+ mentoring pairs with girls in ten countries. 
Online workshops and events, open to all GGU girls from all cohorts, which allow them to continue learning, developing skills, and connecting with their global peers. For the occasion of Women’s Day 2026, our network will have the opportunity to learn from the Black Mamba Anti-Poaching Unit, the world's first officially-formed, registered and recognized all-female wildlife ranger unit, about their important work. Teen Venture Lab, a ten week interactive introduction to entrepreneurship, which culminates in the girls presenting their entrepreneurial ideas to a panel of female founders.
