Der Stadtparkförderverein e.V., der es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht hat, zum Erhalt und zur Pflege des Stadtparks in Limbach-Oberfrohna beizutragen. Es wird angestrebt mit der Stadt eine Kooperationsvereinbarung abzuschließen und auf deren Grundlage einen Masterplan zu enwickeln.
Einige erste Ideen wie die Gründerbaumpflanzungm, die Farb und Lichtgestaltung der Eingangssäulen, und noch vieles mehr ist in der Projketplanung. Die Umsetzung der Ideen benötigt Geld, welches eingesammlet werden soll.
