About this project
Where to donations exactly go to: to Rongai, 15 km southwest of downtown Nairobi
Wo will be leading the project in Kenya: Pastor Allan Njeru, a Kenyan, knowing culture, Country and people.
What is he going to do: Based on the initial investment for welding machines and similar things young people are being educated by experienced craftsmen. After one year the can establish their own business.
How will that work in terms of money: Donations, by a German association, will be transferred to Kenya and handed out in the form of "hardware" (like welding machines). Therefore the money cannot be used for any other purpose.
And will that actually work? Successfully launched projects for establishing small businesses (like car wash and barber shop) proof how the engegament greatly make sense.
Is there a danger the project will be breaking after the sponsors withdraw themselves? No. There are no active working sponsors on-site. Only the tools will be handed out.
Will the project be successful? Yes, with a very high probability
