Dear Friends and Supporters from Habitat for Humanity,
Starting May 12 until May 16, the second “Ecumenical Church Day” will take place in Munich. This major event, with more than 100.000 expected visitors, carries the theme: “That you may have hope”. Having hope in ones life again is also what we want to reach with our work as an international aid organization. By building houses, rehabilitation and renovation projects, we give people, who live in poverty dwelling or have no shelter at all, a new perspective and hope for a better future!!
HAITI needs HOPE and our common SUPPORT
Our National Director in Haiti, Claude Jeudy reported 3 month after the shocking earthquake:
“If you go visiting the affected communities, you will see some faces without hope. You will see tears. You will see despair. You will meet people who don’t know where to go or what to do with themselves or their families. If we are alive today, we need to help them generate hope in their lives. We need to bring smiles back to their faces.
„Building Home, Building Hope“ – Join us and take action!
Donate a symbolic brick of 10 or 20 Euros for a house in Haiti.
„Building Homes, Building Hope“ for Haiti. Let’s build together one new house in Haiti and bring back the hope for a better future for one affected family.
At the end of the Ecumenical Church Day, we would like to have 4000 Euros for one new Habitat for Humanity “Core House”. Please take action and support this project with a symbolic brick of 10 or 20 Euros.
We are looking forward to see you at our booth at the 2. Ecumenical Church Day in Munich. We take action and proclaim with our faces on wallpaper the right to a decent place to live, for every human being! Join us and have your picture speak.
