➥ Support Dresden’s future doctors during their pre-clinical education!
➥ Our Goal: Students shall be optimally prepared for their first state exam (“Physikum”), have long-term benefits for their clinical activities and become better doctors!
■❚ THE IDEA BEHIND IT
Experienced students that already went through important exams and collected clinical experience should be able to pass on their knowledge to younger colleagues.
A total of 60 seminars and 4 soft-skills workshops, 90 minutes each, will tackle the idea and offer unprecedented preparation for Dresden’s students.
Additionally, due to better and timely pre-clinical training, we expect to see a smoother transition to clinical education, less drop-outs, higher results at essential exams like the first state exam and reduced stress levels among the students.
The project will be monitored and assessed with standardized evaluation-forms, exam-result statistics as well as peer-discussions between students and professors.
