1. Mothers will little health education carry their children with them when they go to their selling / vending locations and lay them under their selling/vending stalls/kiosks, wrapped in clothes on the floor. The children inhale dust and dirty air. Their mothers neglect to take them to frequent MCH clinics.
2. Presence of vulnerable children has prompted this project.
