Dear friends,
you have all heard about the horrible earthquakes in Nepal and you are all aware of the devastating consequences for the country of Nepal and it seems like this is only the beginning.
During the earthquake we were trekking in the mountains, on our way to the Annapurna Base Camp. Luckily, after one night of waiting, we were able to return and now we are back in Pokhara, where the situation is relatively calm and stable. While waiting here for further information how to proceed, we are taking the time to help and to collect donations. As we are at the scene, we could find out where help is needed and what is needed. A small local organisation is collecting life-support supplies, such as drinking water, food, medications, tents, clothing and shelter. These supplies are being brought to small villages in the mountains, among others to Gorkha, a village located directly at the epicenter of the earthquake. Furthermore, we are in touch with friends in Kathmandu, who will let us know how we can help them through our donations. We promise you, that every donated cent will help the victims of the earthquake. Skip your daily coffee or beer for a few days and donate the money to the people who need it most urgent. Each donation makes a big difference, no matter if it is 1€, 10€ or 50€! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch with us!
