After two life-threatening events during expeditions in Nepal Andreas Friedrich has founded MountainProjects e.V., a Germany registered non-profit organization.
To express gratitude.
But above all, to give back. For the most precious gift: his life.
MountainProjects NPO builds schools in remote areas in Nepal. And provides help for self-help.
We begin in Kagate which is located on a high plateau in southeast Nepal. There we will build a school for 60 children. Because only education provides perspectives and is able to change lifes in a positive way.
Help for self-help will place the entire village on a secure economical footing.
Agriculture, animal breeding, paper and medicinal herbs will have a gentle and sustainable impact.
