In India the tribals are living in a remote place which are not connected with major cities. So they are educationally backward, Economically poor socially untouchables. Their literacy rates are very low. But the present Indian and Tamil Nadu Government does not care about the welfare of the tribal peoples. AHM NGO took an intiative to educate the children of the tribal. Most of their houses are small huts made by palm leaves with out any basic amenities like Electric city , kitchen, toilet and studying room.
Because of this pathetic situation AHM NGO assembled all the students on a one place which is near to their residence but having electrical lights, clean studying atmosphere to do their home work and studying. There one teacher from the community can educate and supervise the students. The teacher look after all the students and daily activities and co curricular activities. For this activities AHM NGO gave salary to the teacher and give education material to the students. AHM NGO monitor the centre and the performance.
