About this project
S. Hasmann from Olympus Europe Foundation Science for Life is responsible for this project
3 days – 560 kilometers – from Hamburg to Rotterdam! Eight runners from Olympus have set themselves this ambitious goal – for a good cause. They will be part of the Roparun: a relay race from Hamburg and Paris to Rotterdam from June 7th till 9th.
We use Betterplace as the central platform for the donations that our employees raised through different fundraising activities in our European subsidiaries.
The aim of the Roparun is to collect donations for people suffering from cancer. Under the motto "Add life to the days, where often days can no longer be added to the life", the teams will strive to raise money for the care of people with cancer in their last phase of life. Over the 22-year history of the Roparun, more than 57 million Euros could be raised.
