    About this project

Susanne W. from Angels' Haven is responsible for this project
The disabled children in Angels' Haven in Seoul, Korea, have everything they need. But sometimes you want to go on a trip, have a picknick, have a party ... not so easy, when you live in a home for orphans and suffer from cerebral palsy. I spent a year volunteering in Angels' Haven (1997-98) and I was shocked to meet a boy who was named after the railway station he was abandoned in as a baby. Disabilty was a taboo in 1997 - so it is hard to express the importance of an institution that caters to the special needs of disabled children and gives them a home.
