As planned, we successfully held a New Year’s Eve live broadcast. The stream took place on New Year’s night and lasted for five hours on Ekaterina Shulman’s YouTube channel.
The broadcast was watched by nearly 400,000 viewers. Thanks to your support — and only because of it — we were able to make this project happen. All funds raised were fully used to cover production costs, including payments to producers, editors, filming, studio and equipment rental, and other essential expenses.
This broadcast became one of the most-watched New Year’s Eve streams among Russian-language independent media. For many people, it offered an alternative to traditional television and helped them not feel alone during the holiday night.
