They are used first and foremost to run our Helpline and support groups. This includes training and supporting our volunteer facilitators, providing regular supervision, coordinating our programmes, and ensuring that everyone who reaches out to us is met with respect, safety, and understanding.
Donations also help us cover essential practical costs, such as secure digital tools, data protection, accessibility, and outreach, so that our services remain easy to access and trustworthy.
All funds are used in line with Afloat e.V.’s mission and values. They directly support our charitable work and are never used for private benefit.
We are deeply committed to being transparent with our community. We share updates about our work and how donations are used, and we remain open about changes when they happen.
