    About this project

Sanchit Jain from Stiftung Bildungsförderungs gGmbH is responsible for this project
    What problem are we solving?

Many students and young professionals have bold, innovative ideas — but lack access to the resources, training, or network needed to turn them into real ventures. Without financial backing or entrepreneurial experience, starting something of their own feels out of reach.
With our Entrepreneurship Program, we close that gap — offering a structured, hands-on journey where students can learn, build, and grow. It’s 100% free, and supported by mentors, tools, and a vibrant community.

    Who do we support?

We support motivated students and young professionals from Dresden and Leipzig, regardless of their field of study. We don’t look for degrees or grades — but for curiosity, commitment, and courage.

What do we offer — and how?

Our 18-month, tuition-free program is divided into three practical semesters that move students from idea to execution:
    • Innovation Projects: Teams tackle real-world challenges using Design Thinking and pitch at Demo Day.
    • Industry Projects: Students work with companies to solve real problems and build prototypes.
    • Founding Projects: Participants develop their own startup ideas with support in law, finance, business modeling, and more.

    Throughout the journey, students receive:
    • Mentorship from founders, investors & experts
    • Free access to our Headquarters
    • Tools like 3D printers, laser cutters, Canva, Notion, ChatGPT
    • Workshops on pitching, legal structures, cap tables, prototyping
    • A prototyping budget & regular public Demo Days

    Our impact so far

    Since 2021:
    • 6 generations completed in Dresden, 1st Leipzig generation started 2025
    • 43 projects realized (18 Innovation, 15 Industry, 10 Founding Projects)
    • 8 startups launched and generating revenue

We’ve helped dozens of students grow into confident entrepreneurs and changemakers.

    How your donation helps

Your support keeps the program free and accessible to all. Donations cover:
    • Prototyping materials & technical tools
    • Expert workshop fees (€1,000 each; 3–4 per semester)
    • Food & logistics for in-person sessions
    • Maintenance of our headquarters
    • Salaries for our core team & day-to-day operations

Annual budget: €150,000 — every contribution counts.

    Our timeline

We run two generations per city per year, starting in April and October. Each generation lasts 18 months, and participation is always free — because we believe in equal access to entrepreneurial education
